Jesus cried and called the god the father in heaven, because his body of flesh was brutally punished but his spirit was strong and he shows to the crowds that they must have pitty and shame to learn humbleness to themselves and sorrows, also to glorify the accomplishment of lord jesus christ. the scared heart of Jesus
A moment of deperation - he was fully human in emotions and physical built and sensations. Terror and panic but read the Psalm after the sacrifice all the pains suffered the Light shines: Grace and Goodness wil accompany me for the rest of my life. He knew the promises of the OT which he knew all by heart, fed to him by his mother and in those he trusted. A reminder to us that in front of the panic, which even the Son of God felt, we can safely hold onto to the proimses of Heaven. Full Faith in the Father. When Jesus died in the Cross. The veil of the temple was torn into two from the top to the bottom, what is the significant to us?
Man separated from God because of sin, When Jesus died in the cross that veil that separate us to God was abolished therfore we have confedence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new living way opened for us through the curtain, that is his body. All might henceforth have access to the Father, through the one great atonement and mediator, the Lord Jesus. By: narciso amabao - September 07, 2006 - Public Category: The Death of Jesus

Jesus crucified on the cross bearing the sin of the whole world. God never love sin. At the same time, God loves sinner. Hence He sent His only son to this world. In the cross, Jesus felt that He was forsaken by His Father as He was undertaken the sin of the whole world. Jesus cried out loudly, as He felt the lonliness, pain, illness etc because of the sin. Why did Jesus cry out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?" Note: This is a direct quote from the Jewish Scripture, Psalm 22:1.
other women were there but she did not appear among them to witness the death of her son. By: Bol Joseph Agau - September 07, 2006 - Public Category: The Death of Jesus
When the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. At the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?" which is, being interpreted, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Some of those who stood by, when they heard it, said, "Behold, he is calling Elijah."
One ran, and filling a sponge full of vinegar, put it on a reed, and gave it to him to drink, saying, "Let him be. Let's see whether Elijah comes to take him down."
Jesus cried out with a loud voice, and gave up the spirit. The veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. When the centurion, who stood by opposite him, saw that he cried out like this and breathed his last, he said, "Truly this man was the Son of God!"
There were also women watching from afar, among whom were both Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; who, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and served him; and many other women who came up with him to Jerusalem.
